Customer Experience/VOC Research Consultant – Leading Strategy Consultancy
Central London (Currently homeworking), £45,000-£55,000 + strong benefits
Would like to use your expertise in customer experience/ voice of the customer research in a true consultancy role rather than the management of customer experience studies? In this position you can move away from the ‘doing’ to focus only on the ‘thinking’ – you won’t run the studies. Using your superior understanding of customer experience data and insight generation skills, you will take the data outputs, integrate this customer data with other research and data sources and translate the findings into insights and recommendations that will impact and help shape brand and customer strategy.
Joining the company as the organisation’s only CX/ voice of the customer expert, you will consult with key client - a highly valued, hugely successful consumer/digital client that has embraced this consultancy’s innovative offering - AI, facial coding, emotional responses and blended approaches - big data sets, social media analysis etc. Whilst dedicated to this client initially its likely you will consult in the longer term across the business on all customer experience matters.
