They are assembling the best market research and consultancy team in Australia and invite you to be part of it as a Senior Research Consultant or Junior Associate Director.
Client servicing - You will love strengthening partnerships, asking questions, and challenging client thinking to really understand what they need.
Client ownership – Ultimately, you will move towards leading major client relationships across FMCG, Retail, Finance, Technology, Energy, Healthcare and Government.
Quantitative expert – You will hone your craft on a diverse range of projects like Brand & Advertising tracking, Concept Testing, Segmentation, CX Research, UX Research, Brand Development whilst using all the latest tools and technology
Critical thinking – You will be excited about tackling complex multi-disciplinary research briefs and crafting actionable insights from the data
Story telling – You will love weaving a story from multiple data sources and inspiring action with your writing and presenting skills
Coaching – providing guidance to more junior team members on and off projects, including coaching and mentoring
Commercial confidence – Fuel your growth as a commercial thinker and future leader able to spot opportunities for clients, and talk with increasing authority at c-suite level

• Significant experience in another market research/insights strategy agency
• Track record of excellent client servicing
• Expertise in quantitative market research methodologies
• Confident in stats software like SPSS/Q etc
• Ideally a relevant qualification in behavioural sciences or data sciences
