Your role will be to both lead an existing consultative business development team plus engender your own client relationships, as you collectively seek to engage with employers across the private sector, and also within public sector or government sponsored organisations too. You'll additionally work closely with the firm's effective marketing, client campaign and tech teams in so doing too.
This role requires a Sales Manager/BD Team Leader with a demonstrable and credible track record in new business development/revenue generation, alongside seasoned team management capabilities. Experience in areas such as SaaS, HR Tech or related are extremely desirable, as is perhaps selling to government bodies alongside the private sector.
