With an ever-growing list of high profile clients in a range of consumer sectors (FMCG, retail media etc.) this global agency is looking to expand their expertise in their Sydney office by bringing on board a new Junior Research Manager in their Brand Engagement and Innovation team.
Having already gained basic experience in quantitative research within an agency environment, this is your chance to step up and join a global team of digital research experts dedicated to challenging the conventions of the insights industry. Research is undertaken using highly engaging and visual online and mobile surveys, ensuring better quality, faster insights that deliver real impact to the client, therefore you will enjoy huge variety and develop your research skills at an unbelievable pace!
As well as experience in commercial quantitative research you will need to be a brand and comms specialist/enthusiast with commercial acumen and strong project management skills and analytical smarts.
Personality will also be key - joining a vibrant, buzzy environment, you will flourish in a start-up environment. The team is small but growing at pace and you’ll need resourcefulness, initiative and drive!
