Associate Director – Product Innovation & Shopper Research – Future-focused research agency
Central London (currently homeworking), £45 – 50,000 + strong bonus + good benefits
With an ever-growing list of high-profile clients in a range of consumer sectors (fmcg, retail, media etc.) this global agency is on the look-out for an Associate Director with strong line management experience to join the UK team!
Having already gained expertise in innovation and shopper journey research within an agency environment, this is your chance to step up and join a global company of entrepreneurial research experts dedicated to challenging the conventions of the insights industry. Research is undertaken using highly engaging and visual online and mobile surveys, ensuring better quality, faster insights that deliver real impact to the client, therefore you will enjoy huge variety and further develop your career at a pace!
You will lead your own team in managing complex, challenging and wide-ranging projects include early stage buying research, concept and pack testing, touch point journey mapping, in-home usage tests, and usage & attitude studies
To take on this role, in addition to your brilliant people management skills, you will be ambitious and commercial, a great relationship developer who is excited to join a vibrant, buzzy company and learn from inspirational Directors.
