And this Panel Manager position is your baby. You're going to do everything - from initially finding a recruiting partner to get the panel up and running, to then stage by stage incorporate global regions through building on what they already have. You'll be involved in bringing the whole lot in-house, from advising on software, data control/protection issues, supplier negotiations... basically EVERYTHING! In time you'll also be building a team around you too.
What's required is an experienced but more importantly ambitious, ‘can do’ Panel Manager from the insights/market research industry who now wants their own project; consumer/media knowledge in addition is extremely very useful. The role can be based anywhere in the UK in theory, with travel to this consultancy's South West offices as little as twice a month post pandemic - especially once things are up and running smoothly.
