Resourcing Manager (Part-time, 2.5/3 days per week) – Top Research Consultancy
Central London (Currently homeworking) - £40-45,000 pro rata + strong benefits
This is a newly created, key strategic role, on a rare part-time (2.5 or 3 days a week) basis, within a international research and strategy consultancy.
Hugely successful, with a busy project load, this team are now keen to recruit a Resourcing Manager to help drive delivery of high-quality insights for clients through effective management of people resources, pipeline and both qualitative and quantitative project work,
Reporting to the Operations Director and working in partnership with Research Directors, you will support the business by managing pipeline activity, support pitches and proposals and allocating the best resource for project success. You will build relationships with researchers across the team (and the roster of freelancers) to understand clear picture of skills, capabilities and development needs to enable you to draw together the right team for every project (both qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods). You will also be skilled at implementing and driving efficient processes that ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Strong market research agency background is a must, either in resource management, project management or full-service research – expertise in workflow management would be advantageous. Above all you will have superb interpersonal and organisation skills - the ability to influence and negotiate are key to the success of the role.
