Qualitative Associate Director – Strategic Thinker – Expert Consultancy
Central London (Currently home working), £45,000 - £55,000 + benefits
Utilising the widest range available of traditional and digital methodologies, the experts here work across a huge variety of project types including customer journey mapping, brand positioning and strategy, market modelling, communications evaluation and segmentation. Sectors include, but are in no way limited to: media, retail, telecoms, services, charity, fmcg and leisure and every strategist and consultant in the team has a real interest in brands and cultural insights.
This role calls for a truly passionate and ambitious senior qualitative researcher with a curious and questioning mind – always striving to delve deeper and uncover more about the world around us and what makes consumers tick. You will have worked across numerous methodologies, face to face and online, including in depths, ethnography, focus groups, communities, co-creation and workshops and be able to demonstrate commercial acumen, initiative and personality. Outstanding communication skills, a sharp mind and good sense of humour will also be absolutely key.
