This team’s research findings and analysis have an impact on Australian social policy at national, state/territory and local level. They work across a diverse and challenging range of sectors, including healthcare, welfare, housing, disability, regulation and employment and the research they do makes a difference. Experts at running research with marginalised, disadvantaged or vulnerable groups they help provide in-depth insights into the values, feelings and experiences that shape and influence individuals’ behaviours and attitudes.
The ideal candidate will have a good grounding in quantitative market research and experience of working within a market research agency (min 2+ years). Prior exposure to Social and Government Research would be a distinct advantage, whilst a passion for the sector is a must.
Key responsibilities as a Project Manager:
• Assisting with tenders and proposal writing
• Quantitative research and questionnaire design
• Supplier and fieldwork management (CATI and online)
• Analysis (SPSS), reporting and strategic insights generation
• Day to day client and project management
This team is well respected by the industry for the quality of their methodologies and their ability to innovate, especially when dealing with hard to reach respondents, so you will also need to be comfortable working in at times uncharted waters. A people person with excellent analytical skills and communication skills you will also need to enjoy building great client relationships.
