Sitting within the growing Data and Insights division of this global agency you will integrate all data with technology, partnering closely with a team of researchers, behavioural economics, strategist, and PR experts.
The role: Market Research Manager
As Research Manager, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between quantitative & qualitative insights, secondary data (social listening and analytics) with branding PR, and communications practices to solve problems. Each day will put you at the centre of a wide range of projects - stretching from public affairs initiatives to commercial brand campaigns to crisis and stakeholder management and media monitoring. Your clients will span across sectors from FMCG, Retail, and Technology, to Government and Education (across all corners of the world!)
We are looking for deeply curious researchers, who have a passion for examining what diverse audiences think, feel, and do. You must have a strong sense of empathy, a deep desire to learn, and a willingness to bring your unique perspective to the table while looking at problems from many points of view.
From day one, you will be hands-on with running projects from A – Z with a core focus on – proposal writing, client briefings, questionnaire design, running fieldwork, insight generation, supplier management, reporting, and client presenting. No two days will be the same, variety is key!
• Prior agency experience within market research, strategy, insights, or analytics
• Quantitative technical skills using SPSS, Q, or excel
• Experience with qualitative research (IDI’s, groups, and workshops) would be a tick!
• An inherently curious mind, driven by passion and ambition
• An entrepreneurial spirit (your happy to get stuck into ALL elements of research)
• The ability to translate the complex into digestible and clear stories
• Client management skills, and experience presenting to audiences of all levels.
