Research, Content and Communications Specialist
$90,000 - $110,000 + super (with flexibility)
This leading consultancy provides world-class research solutions to contemporary social issues. The research they design and deliver impacts Australian from all walks of life exploring housing, health, child development, education, crime, transport, government services and health and mental health.
Your role as the Research, Content and Communications Specialist is to help the business speak to a wider audience. Engaging policymakers, practitioners, and the public you will give the research a voice, creating compelling narratives across multiple platforms and channels.
With the ability to translate research into stories, you will be confident reading and interpreting both quantitative and qualitative research reports. Illuminating the key insights, you will then translate the research into written, graphical, and digital content and products including video.
You will work with the Communications Manager and senior leadership team to develop and implement a corporate communications strategy, whilst working with the wider research teams to improve the effective communications within proposals and presentations.

• A Storyteller: A passion for storytelling and demonstratable track record of using research to create content
• A Creator: Previous experience of generating inspiring and impactful content and communications products including a mix of short reports, press releases, thought leadership, web and digital content, infographics, blogs, social media, podcasts, and videos.
• A Planner: Evidence of setting strategy and creating and executing a communications plan and direct experience of working within a communications setting
• A Team Player: Able to collaborate with senior stakeholders, clients, and researchers to achieve shared goals.
