Research Manager – Social Policy & Evaluation – Top Consultancy
Birmingham (Currently working from home) –£35,000-£40,000 + very strong benefits
One of the major international players in social policy research, evaluation and management consultancy has an exciting opportunity for a Research Manager to join their growing team. With a presence in multiple markets across the world, you will be joining a dynamic and prestigious consultancy, which has a reputation for being the ‘go to agency’ for top public and third sector organisations globally.
Managing variety of ad hoc and continuous social policy research and evaluation projects, the diversity of clients and scope of projects will see you working on a range of policy issues including education, employment, health, children and youth, economic development and social inclusion. Working across both quantitative and qualitative studies, you will lead on proposals, develop close client relationships, assist in developing business and deliver astute and engaging insight.
Experience managing social/ public policy research and ideally evaluation studies, gained in research agency is key to success in this role. As many studies are international in scope, European language skills are a real plus, and whilst this organisation is purpose driven, the team is very entrepreneurial with strong commercial edge and seek a similar mindset.
