Senior Researcher Manager - Social Policy & Government – Global Consultancy
Central London (currently home working) - £40-53,000 + great benefits
This thought-provoking consultancy boasts a team of quantitative and qualitative specialists, experts with extensive experience in using research to support social policy development, appraise government initiatives, evaluate programmes and generally understand community needs, both UK and overseas.
Their clients are a fascinating mix of government agencies and departments, charities and not for profit organisations.
The important work they do has a real impact on communities - they work on sensitive and current social issues such as health, education, employment, ageing and economic development.
Business demand means that they are now looking to grow their London team with the addition of a Senior Research Manager who will ideally bring both quantitative & qualitative expertise, a wealth of experience working on social policy research & evaluation, client relationship and business leadership skills.
You will lead the design and delivery of a range of cross methodology projects for major clients, be involved in tendering and winning projects for the business and mentor and develop more junior team members.
You are the ideal candidate if you have market research agency experience in the social policy and government sector. This means you will have worked for multiple clients, juggled their needs and worked to commercial deadlines. You will have a proven track record of writing winning proposals and managing a portfolio of clients. You will not shy away from business development. You will have expert knowledge of social policy research and UK government and a depth and breadth of experience across multiple projects, topics and audiences.
