Qualitative Associate Director– Public/Social & Commercial clients – Strategic Consultancy
Central London (Currently Home working) £45 - £55,000 + excellent benefits
Joining this growing innovative strategic consultancy you will work with iconic clients across public/ social, third and commercial sectors and have the chance to influence some of the country’s most senior audiences.
Liaising with CEO’s, MP’s, Board members and Heads of Marketing/ Comms you will provide strategic insight to help high-profile stakeholders achieve their goals. Projects will be qualitative (majority) and mixed methods including communications testing, stakeholder & reputation research, co-creative and deliberative engagement pieces for broad-ranging clients spanning the government departments, regulatory bodies, charities sectors, utilities and consumer. As an Associate Director you will lead and develop client accounts, operate as a key member of the senior team, mentor junior team members and bringing fresh ideas to the table to help take the company forward.
You will have a full toolbox of qualitative techniques, including strong expertise in moderating groups (face to face and online) and communities, depth interviews and ethnography - any expertise in co-creation and deliberative workshops will be very advantageous.
With qualitative experience gained in an agency and experience that spans public/ third sector as well as commercial research, what’s also really important is your personality. If you are intellectually curious, ambitious, engaged/interested in public affairs, tenacious and team player then this is the place for you. You should be passionate about the subject matter and want to get involved in every stage of the process when solving complex and sensitive issues for your clients.
