This current opportunity is for a Senior Insight Manager to partner with manufacturers. With a focus on leveraging the power of customer and loyalty data for your clients, you will provide analytical and consultancy services, delivering commercially impactful insights. Able to get from the ‘so what’ to the ‘now what’ you’ll enjoy setting strategy for your clients, combining your understanding of the market, retailers and customers to answer business critical questions.

Key experience and responsibilities

A shopper insights/category analytics professional: Have worked at a shopper research or analytics consultancy, or within a relevant in-house category/insights/analytics role with a retailer or manufacturer, you will be able to distil data into actionable insights. You will have a strong track record of working with large customer/loyalty data sets (Quantium/Dunnhumby/Kantar Worldpanel/IRI/Nielsen).

A capable & commercial client manager: Confidently owning account planning and proactively leading client accounts, you will quickly establish yourself as a trusted client partner. Your strong commercial acumen will see you both retain and grow revenues.

Technically savvy: Excited by the prospect of working with industry-leading tools and solutions, you’ll enjoy solving data challenges with smart technology and will be quick to learn new systems.
