A boutique agency with a global reach the Singapore team is seeking a Qualitative Account Director to join their creative & consultative team.
From day one you will add-vale to the business and take charge with clients that span across Technology, FMCG Entertainment, Insurance and Finance. Know for their ability to cut through the clutter – they solve problems spanning innovation, concept testing, NPD, segmentation and branding and communications.
As a Qualitative Account Director, you will manage qualitative projects end-to-end with a great deal of autonomy. You will be confident with running qualitative IDIs, Online Communities, Workshops and Focus groups. It is not an agency that focusses on using traditional techniques but instead has a more ethnographic slant towards observation, uses mobile, apps, diaries, text and a developing assortment of quantitative and qualitative tools and techniques.
It is expected that you will also work the quantitative team and integrate qual into their thinking.
To be considered for the role you will need 6+ years Qual experience including a strong track record of moderating groups. You will need to have first class communication skills and a commercial and strategic outlook.
We are looking for local candidates who can speak Mandarin, or a local language.
