From ideation through to launch, they apply creative and rigorous research methods to empower clients to take the action that is needed to optimise growth. Their ability to find the ‘hidden gems’ in consumer data comes from having a deep industry understanding and a thirst for the topic.

The Role

As a Qualitative Account Director, you will be exposed to a range of complex and exciting projects ranging from pricing, to new product development, customer experience, innovation and branding.

A senior member of the team, you take ownership of your clients, being the main point of contact whilst focusing on insight generation, client management and presenting.

You are confident with all stages of the research process from taking client briefs, proposal writing, managing qual fieldwork, insight generation, reporting and delivering compelling insights.

An expert in qual, this role will see you utilising and building on your toolkit using a wide range of methodologies; everything from running focus groups and workshops, to in home immersions, UX sessions, taste tests and ethnography and conducting consumer one on one interviews.

Required skills:

• Solid market research agency experience (preferably in FMCG)
• Superb qualitative skills - confident running IDI’s, workshops, focus groups, in-home immersions, UX sessions, taste tests and ethnography independently
• Deliver superior insights through innovative research, quality moderating and thoughtful reporting
• Build strong and lasting relationships with clients
