Research Manager (Qual or Qual/Quant) – Boutique Research Agency
East Anglia, £35-40,000 + good benefits
Whilst boutique in size, this agency has put itself on the world map in terms of their specialist area of research and now has an opening for a Research Manager to join their growing business. You will enjoy working with globally-recognised companies on a variety of international, high value projects.
As Research Manager, working on an diverse range of qualitative and quantitative projects including NPD, brand and communications, you will take ownership of the projects from proposal to presentation of actionable insights. You will be able to stretch your qualitative skills fully – writing discussion guides, moderating groups and undertaking depths, ethnography and online qual projects. If you are a mixed-methods researcher you will also get involved in running innovative quantitative studies, delivering impactful results to senior stakeholders. Part of a supportive and sociable team, this role will be varied and fast-paced with strong opportunities for career progression.
Ideally located to be commutable from most parts of East Anglia, there is also the option (post -COVID) for home working half of the week. Offering a generous salary package, other benefits also include global travel, gym membership and private healthcare.
