They are currently looking to recruit a capable and ambitious Account Manager into their growing Sydney team. With responsibility for an engaged and loyal client base, you’ll oversee the delivery of CX research and consultancy projects from brief to debrief and all steps in between. You’ll have experience in account planning and relationship management and will have a strong appreciation for how best to communicate data/insights to clients.
