This group introduces top UK based Corporate employers to emerging talent via events, workshops and related activity, and offers creative solutions surrounding apprenticeships, employment/CV advice, and more. Over the last few years it's built a huge reputation as a dedicated social enterprise helping overlooked groups find their way in the commercial world.
As a Client Manager you will proactively engage top corporate clients in this organisations work, ensuring you are embedded in their recruitment and CSR goals. Utilising your line management and leadership expertise, you will manage multiple relationships, understand stakeholder needs and share best practise, internally and externally including C-Level approaches and FTSE 100 firms.
What's required is proven client service/ account manager who has developed relationships and sold solutions to HR, L&D, or CSR departments or is now keen to bring those strong relationship management and selling skills to the social enterprise sector. People within this group share a passion for what this organisation is trying to achieve and they'll want you to embrace that too. That said, a background of developing commercial partnerships will be highly valued - it's a seriously super opportunity for someone who is perhaps looking to switch to social enterprise/third sector work with the skills they've garnered from the commercial world. There is a good package on offer including some commission/bonus.
