The role: Qualitative Strategist
• We’re looking for the curious chameleons who can connect with all people, personalities and cultures. Those who want to understand what people are really thinking and doing – not just what they say they are.
• As a strategist, you will give input into all elements of a project from – design, proposal development, running qualitative research, insight generation, project management and assisting with presentations.
• A high degree of empathy is needed as you will be speaking and interacting with people from all walks of life running qualitative research – ethnography, focus groups, online and face-to-face IDIs, workshops
• The key focus of importance is your proven ability to solve deep marketing and strategy problems through surfacing new insights and turning them into effective strategic recommendations that sparks change.
