This independently owned Australian full-service research boutique specialises in understanding the behaviors, motivations and thoughts of generation Z and Y in Australia. Innovative and bespoke, they look at each client problem with a fresh pair of eyes and tailor projects specifically. Expert in providing brands with the insights that enable them to make confident decisions, they provide insights that focus on – advertising evaluation, brand health research, segmentation and CX insights.
They have access to an online panel of over 1million youths – and work with brands across all sectors including finance, retail, FMCG and fashion.
Due to growth, the team is looking for a Research Manager to join them. You will be reporting into the Research Director with a lot of room to further develop, add value, and learn. You will be hands on with all elements of the research process from idea generation to final client delivery.
As a well-rounded researcher with an appreciation of clients’ needs, you will:
- Design qualitative and quantitative research proposals
- Write quant questionnaires / discussion guides
- Run qualitative research – online communities and groups
- Analyse and draw out key recommendations and insights from data (analysis in Q)
- Design solutions and craft recommendations to meet clients’ needs
- Deliver impactful and visual appealing presentations to clients
The research division is new – so the business is operating like that of a start up! They want candidates that are PASSIONATE and see the value in technology and new ways of working.
