As a Client Relationship Manager, you will sit within the Client Services team, taking key ownership for growing, maintaining and developing relationships with key client accounts.
• Growing existing client accounts proactively through value adding
• Attend networking events and cold-calling to actively grow new client accounts
• Run training sessions with clients to enable them to get the best out of the products and reports
• Be a key point of contact for clients and answer their queries

This is the ideal role for a candidate that has prior experience in sales, business development, sales account management or client-services! Prior experience within the Market Research industry isn’t essential, but it is advantageous if you do so.
