Really exciting maternity cover opportunity to be Head of Marketing & Brand for this award winning social enterprise!
This organisation's mission is to help those often from disadvantaged backgrounds attain their rightful place on the career ladder through developing partnerships with some of the UK's top companies so that they understand the full breadth of talent available to them. Stepping into this Head of Marketing & Brand contract, you'll effectively lead a great team of digital, content and events/comms marketers across a range of ongoing projects. Thus you'll take charge of ALL marketing activity (mainly B2B) ranging from guiding digital & comms to reporting on campaigns and making sure the CRM is running effectively for the commercial teams too (knowledge of Salesforce & Pardot are helpful here). This organisation has also developed some unique digital services to add value to the opportunities it provides, giving the whole organisation something of a SaaS based feel too.
What's required is an experienced senior marketing professional with good leadership skills and a great track record in heading digital & comms initiatives. Given the developing portfolio this social enterprise can offer, it's also highly advantageous to the point of almost essential that you have additional experience gained in a SaaS environment/firm too.
