As Senior Research Consultant you will play an instrumental role in the success of the business. We’re looking for quantitative thinkers who are up for a challenge. You’ll be hands on with; managing research projects, research design, development and initiation, data analysis and reporting and delivering insights that make a difference. You’ll also be responsible for managing a smart junior team, and proposal writing and assisting with business development.

- You will have 5+ years’ experience within a market research agency capability – ideally within the social sector
- Strong quantitative data analysis experience and hands on experience with statistical packages such as SPSS, R or Q
- Excellent attention to detail, communication and organization skills
- An ability to lead client accounts end-to-end with motivation to continue to develop your skills
