As a Qualitative Account Director, you will join as a senior member of this innovative team reporting into the MD and CEO of the APAC region. From day one you will, establish strong client relationships, deliver research projects at a high level, mentor a team and been a leader. We’re looking for inquisitive quallies that can deep-dive into emotions understanding what consumers really think and feel. Your strong EQ will be a key element to your success, coupled with your impeccable communication skills
Days will be varied…
• Managing qual projects from proposal witting to final presentation
• Write discussion guides
• Conduct strategic qual research independently – groups, IDI’s, workshops and ethnography
• Storytelling and insight generation from qual insights and data
• Delivering impactful reports and client presentations (you will be their trusted advisor)
• Leading a smart and self-motivated qual team who are big thinkers
