The role

The focus of this Account Director role is on the development, maintenance and growth of client relationships. You will be the key point of contact for your clients, and a senior figure within the agency. A proactive self-starter, you are comfortable working in a start-up style environment where you can demonstrate authoritative levels of market sector and technical knowledge, as well as showcase your methodological expertise.

This is a hands-on position, in which you will work through all aspects of the research process in a highly collaborative fashion, sharing ideas and resources with your team to bring about the best outcomes. With a significant amount of autonomy and client ownership, you will be responsible for the management and growth of existing client accounts, research design, project delivery and presentations, identifying new opportunities with new clients, proposal writing and pitching.

Do you tick these boxes?

• Substantial experience in the market research sector (agency experience essential)
• Demonstrated expertise across a broad range of sectors and research techniques
• Superior quant skills (adept in the use of SPPS and/or Q)
• An excellent relationship builder and a passion for growing a business
