As a Research Director, you will take ownership and responsibility for the planning, execution and delivery of all projects you lead; producing world class research from idea generation to the final presentation. This is a hands on research role in which you will manage and oversee the successful delivery of all projects and activities across key qualitative and quantitative accounts.
Developing and nurturing client relationships is key. In this role, you will partner with multiple clients but have a primary focus in the health and wellbeing sector, regularly working onsite at the client office so you can really live and breathe the research.
As a Senior member in the team, you will also lead and contribute to the development of staff and the company’s financial success, as well as actively participating in networking opportunities to grow the business.
- Significant experience in consumer insights strategy
- Market Research Agency experience essential
- Ability to analyse and draw insights from data
- Proven capability of developing and nurturing trusted client relationships
- Proficient in the use of Q and/or SPSS software
- Solid qualitative research skills (group, online and in-depth moderation)
