To take control of multiple projects from start to finish, working closely with other teams and suppliers, to providing a seamless service and delivery to your clients.
Day to day Responsibilities:
Project set up – as soon as it’s live, you’ll take responsibility for the project including scripting, sample, briefing and coding.
Project management – Once the project is in field, you’ll work with other teams to ensure its timely and efficient delivery
Data analysis – You’ll conduct analysis to provide clients with the data as per their specifications
Panel management – you’ll help maintain the quality and efficiency of the panel
Client management – day to day answering of queries and delivering to client needs, all the while building a strong and longstanding relationship

• Previous experience in market research data collection – online and/or offline
• Data processing skills are essential – SPSS or equivalent
• Scripting/programming would be advantageous
• Overarching project management skills will stand you in good stead

• A great attitude and a desire to pick up responsibility quickly
