Really brilliant Account Manager opportunity for a German speaker for this hugely famous media & entertainment group!
You will definitely have heard of them, and you'll probably find what they do fascinating - you'll certainly learn a lot! This is a pretty cool role for a commercially minded account manager. Covering the German speaking regions of Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) you'll be promoting PR & marketing campaign solutions to brands, corporates, charities, other media organisations (e.g. TV, digital content) and agencies in relation to what this media group is globally known for. This can take the form of event organising, sponsorships and a whole host of other portfolio services. There's so much variety re what they can do, and what partners can get involved with, that no two projects you're promoting are probably ever the same - and in most cases they usually involve a lot of fun (for all ages!).
Ideally you'll be an accomplished and proactive account manager with proven client relationship and sales/business development skills, including generating new accounts. You'll also need to be fluent in business German, although this will be UK based (with travel where required). This really suits someone stuck in maybe a boring sales/account manager job elsewhere (in media, events, PR or marketing in particular) who'd really like to use their commercial and linguistic skills in a role that'll be guaranteed to be way more entertaining.
