A predominantly line managerial position where you'll also participate in key client relationships, you'll oversee team delivery of both continuous and ad hoc/consultancy services. Your team of account managers will be involved in renewals, cross/upselling, provision of new studies and offering custom projects, thus owning the insights offering overall, and you'll champion working in tandem with the new business and research/delivery teams to ensure the group maintains its overall peerless service.
This global group has redefined its offering to embrace the way insights are now produced, and its international clientele are some of the biggest names/brands in advertising, media, agency and clientside.
Your leadership background will ideally stem from the market research or data analysis industries where you'll have previously run/developed account teams, planned account & insights strategy, and had exposure to end client sales/account management (think FMCG, retail, technology/telecoms, consumer finance etc), and significantly contributed to growth.
