As a Senior Business Development Manager you'll focus on both developing new relationships plus maintaining existing activity. Targets range from C-Level approaches to FTSE 100 firms through to building links with the higher education and further education sectors too.
What's required is a proven Senior Business Development Manager who's perhaps sold solutions to HR departments or similar and who is now keen to bring those strong selling skills to the social enterprise sector. People within this group share a passion for what this organisation is trying to achieve and they'll want you to embrace that too.
