Consumer Insight Manager (Maternity Leave Contract – up to 12 months) – Technology & Innovation Client
West Midlands – £35-40,000 pro rata + benefits
Join this dynamic consulting client working in the cutting edge of technology and innovation in their field. As a Consumer Insight Manager on a maternity leave contract of up to 12 months, you work within a dynamic Insight team, designing and delivering both quantitative and qualitative studies to produce impactful consumer insights which will impact innovation decision making. A hands-on role you will be creative in your approach to research and lead in questionnaire design, moderating groups and communities, analysing data to ensure findings are engaging and actionable for a range of audiences.
The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative research credentials and a practical understanding of qualitative methods. Proactive, results orientated with great communications skills, you will liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders to CEO level both across the organisation and with external partners, fully utilising your proven ability to engage, inspire and influence non-research specialists.
