Join a full-service research agency that is specialised in understanding and providing insights around Australia’s youth (gen z and y). They enable brands to better connect and engage with the youth!
Clients span across a variety of sectors from finance, retail, education, Telco’s and government organisations. Their sister company has its own panel so that they have access to a huge amount of data. The work is both tracking and ad-hoc, quantitative and qualitative. Whist the role has a quantitative focus (strong analytical and technical skills essential) it’s imperative that the candidate joining them understand qual and can incorporate it into their thinking.
Due to growth, they are looking for a Market Research Manager to take the lead on managing research projects end-to-end. The team is small, and highly entrepreneurial, so candidates that aren’t afraid to get their hands suck into the data will do well. With a core focus on insight generation, reporting and client management – it’s essential that the individual in this role has strong communication, and storytelling abilities.
