Customer Experience Research Consultant – Work from home!
$75,000 - $90,000k (depending on experience)
Born out of the desire to enable business to get closer to their customers this agency blends market research, with organsational psychology and management consulting to deliver strategic solutions.
The Sydney office has seen tremendous growth in recent years and is seeking a smart Account Manager to join them. This is a role where you will manage their key CX benchmarking programs. You’ll work across an array of sectors finance, education, government and technology where you will deliver reports, recommendations and insights through quantitative analysis.
As an Account Manager, you will be a key point of contact for clients and will have a large responsibility for insight generation and report writing. It’s expected that you have an inherent ability to turn complex data into commercial solutions, that drives business success through underpinning what customers, what and need to build a lasting relationship with brands.
Working closely with the MD, and senior management team you’ll be the opportunity to progress your skills and have a voice within a growing business. This role would require a driven, and motivated researcher who craves autonomy and is excited about a flexible working environment, as you will be working from home.
It’s expected that you have, prior commercial research agency or management consultancy experience in a quantitative capacity, and an ability to cut through data and pull out nuggets of information.
