They are currently looking to hire a Senior Research Director to lead the research and consulting teams for one of their tier 1 banking clients.
Your excellent finance and banking experience knowledge mean that you will be credible with the client, able to engage them on their level and able to demonstrate an excellent depth of understanding for their business and research needs.
An expert researcher you advanced methodological knowhow, and prior experience of running both tracking and custom CX and NPS research, means you will be able to establish this businesses research products as THE currency for your client when it comes to better understanding their customers, ensuing world class insights, consistency, data quality and rigour.
You will lead and inspire your team to deliver best practice and you will identify further opportunities to commercialise the businesses data and research assets. A confident communicator you will be able to deliver engaging presentations to audiences of all levels. A people person, you will also be a strong manager and mentor who is able to inspire and motivate a team.
• 10-15 years + in-house / intelligence / research agency experience
• Previous experience of working with high profile banking/finance accounts
• High level business understanding and insight
• Excellent experience of running both tracking and customised NPS and CX research
• Strong people management skills
• Strong proposal writing, analysis and presentation skills
• Leads by example
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong communications skills
