How do they do this?
Through combining qualitative, and quantitative research they can deep dive into understanding consumers. Everything is analysed through a behavioural economics lens, they go beyond just insights, they produce practical recommendations and ‘nudges’ that drive change.
They work across sectors (commercial & government) on mixed method projects taking briefs such as; innovation, consumer behaviour, segmentation, brand proposition and concept evaluation briefs.

Ideally you will have either agency, or clientside market research experience in a quantitative, or qualitative capacity, with a natural ability to uncover and implement insights.
