Historically, their work has very much focused on a strong public sector client base, although they do also work with private sector clients and this is set to increase in the future. Their work helps government clients deliver better public services, shape public policy and guide public investment. On the commercial side, they drive better customer and employee experience and help to strengthen brands and reputations. At Research Director level, you will play an important role in the company’s growth plans by building and managing client relationships, whether that be farming existing client accounts or hunting for new opportunities. The Head of the team is very accomplished when it comes to winning new business so you can be assured that you will be well supported when it comes to pitching, and the agency have a strong reputation with real expertise and credibility which you are sure to benefit from. Aside from commercial responsibilities, you will be a strong research practitioner, able to make impactful and thought provoking insights and recommendations to your clients. Both quant and / or qual expertise is welcomed.
The starting salary will reflect your previous background and future potential in the role, and this agency is open to part time / flexible working arrangements if this is desirable.
