They are in 24 offices across the globe and are now hiring a Customer Success Manager to delight their ANZ customer base from their Sydney HQ.
We are looking for a natural people-person. A creative-problem solver who’ll be able to build trust with new and current clients by listening, learning and asking the right questions to deliver the solutions which build value above and beyond expectations. You’ll love getting to grips with all the digital solutions, and you’ll love the visibility across the business working as a lynchpin between clients, Sales, Marketing and the delivery teams.
• Consult with clients on their projects to best understand and meet their needs
• Present and demonstrate solutions
• Collaborate with Sales on creating cut-through communications
• Collaborate with Marketing to inspire marketing content
• Attend business events to demonstrate the value of the services
What you’ll bring to the table:
• Experience in the market research industry ideally with technology/digital solutions
• Confident in communicating and presenting at all levels
• A proven track record of supporting the sales process
• A positive, determined attitude to help the team deliver and beat targets
• Proactive, self-motivated and determined
