Lend your Data Analyst skills to customer experience studies for this leading provider of affordable housing!
Joining its Customer Insight Team, you will use your statistical and data analysis expertise to not only help understand customer satisfaction and research data, but to offer insight into how the group can best use it to improve its services. In this role, you will respond to requests for analysis from the Customer
Experience Team and other internal customers across the organisation and will be responsible for deploying modelling, regression & segmentation techniques that allow better understanding and predictions of customer behaviour. You will also create, maintain, and distribute Tableau dashboards to key stakeholders that allow them to understand satisfaction in their area, and take action to improve it.
So essentially this Data Analyst role means you’ll be working on the incoming data that has been collated from the customers, and putting reports and recommendations together.
Data analysis, statistical and insights abilities, plus knowledge of Tableau is essential; additional abilities with R, SQL and Python would be extremely desirable too.
