The Sydney office of this Australian agency is looking for a Research Consultant to join their commercial team.
As a Consultant, you’ll play an incremental part to the success of this Research Agency / Management Consultancy. Working with key Australian, and international organisations, you will provide the insight and tools to improve your clients Customer Experience, and Employee Engagement.
What will do you?
Sitting in the consulting division you will manage commercial clients and projects from – pitch, questionnaire design, reporting, and presenting. Taking a lead on project management, and insight generation you will be the go-to point of contact on a day to day basis. The agency has an advanced tech software, that allows a quick and real-time insight into customer and employee satisfaction, allowing business to make changes that have a direct input into the success of their offering. Through combining both qual & quant data, you’ll have a 360 of what’s happening, and provide clients holistic solutions.
Projects are varied, you will get to work across – CX, employee engagement, customer journey mapping, satisfaction and growth.
• We are looking for someone who has meticulous attention to detail and is extremely good at multitasking – you’ll be working on several projects simultaneously as well as managing others.
• You have strong data capabilities – Q, SPSS and excel
• Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and a ‘can do’ is essential.
• Prior market research agency experience is highly desirable, and experience in Customer Experience, or employee engagement is adventitious but not essential.
This is an ideal role for a junior researcher that is looking to further their data skills and develop their client consulting capabilities.
