As the Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for navigating the clients through the entire lifecycle and providing sales and technical support for the team. You will be designing and implementing media monitoring searches, liaising with third party suppliers to deliver a seamless integrated service and managing multiple projects.

Ideally you will have previous experience working in a software environment with proven ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines. You will be self-motivated and independent worker who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and extremely detail oriented!
