Absolutely brilliant Client Services Engagement Manager working with a huge blue chip client for a renowned market research solutions group!
This long established international group has brought huge innovation to the industry by developing tools that both research agency professionals plus insights specialists client side have found to revolutionary in facilitating project delivery and combining wider forms of data. In this Client Services Engagement Manager role you'll join the London Team and initially be assigned to one of its biggest clients in Europe, a household consumer name, where you'll oversee its usage of these aforementioned services and strategise with both the client and partner agencies re the insights based projects undertaken, plus promote/upsell new services to existing contacts. There will then be opportunities to also work with other accounts alongside, plus travel to the firm's overseas headquarters at some point to fully integrate with the group and gain deeper understanding of its global positioning and expanding services.
What's required is an experienced market research professional within Client Services Engagement Management or similar. You'll ideally have strong client relationship skills, superlative project management abilities, a good understanding of how (in particular) quantitative market research works (from ad hoc through to continuous aspects) and that additional personal touch!
You'll join a lovely London team housed within a picturesque and classy location, have great support, training and development from management, and be eager to get away from 'same old' and do something different that's in line with industry technical changes and client side's increasing preference for the supply of self-serve data & research solutions.
