Brilliant opportunity for an Internal Communications specialist to cover innovation/change for one of the world's leading law firms!
This is an exciting time for the firm, and there are a number of innovation and change projects being undertaken across the board. The thrust is to develop new procedures re the delivery of global legal services, inclusive of new tools, additional consultancy, and wider innovative solutions for clients. This is a firm that has always been at the forefront of embracing change alongside brave marketing campaigns designed to show clients its more forward thinking than some of its rivals. Given the scope of innovation involved, there is need of a huge communication program to ensure partners, associates and stakeholders are fully aware and on board with the changes taking place. This makes it a highly enticing role, particularly given the autonomy you'll have in working closely with your manager plus collaborating with the firm’s wider marketing teams.
It's absolutely essential you come from an internal communications background and have very strong writing skills and evidence of having produced superlative marketing materials. Furthermore is hugely advantageous, given the work involved, that you have current/previous law firm experience in this regard, although wider professional services experience (accountancy/consultancy) will be considered if you can swiftly demonstrate uptake of the innovation and change projects involved.
