A rare opportunity to lead, drive and develop a research unit from the ground up. This established business is keen to move from solely data collection and into a full-service boutique, quantitative agency. This is an exciting opening for an accomplished researcher to grow the full-service division of the business from scratch.
As the Research Director, you will lead and develop client accounts and deliver high-value insights based on sophisticated quantitative methodologies. Your own personal development and progression will also be a key feature from the outset.
This role will extend your responsibilities beyond the sales stage to incorporate business planning, marketing, high level account management and negotiations. First-hand knowledge of the Market Research sector is prerequisite, along with a successful track record of developing new business as the agency is looking to grow and develop the full-service offering. This high-profile position needs a results-driven professional with the confidence to manage and develop relationships at the highest levels, as well as designing and delivering the research.
