Join a team of cultural experts, data geeks, strategist, and insights specialist who are known for providing their clients with the tools to build strong brands, business and people.

As a global organisation – they have offices scattered across the globe, but recent client wins have seen an influx of work in the Melbourne and they are looking for a strong pair of quantitative hands.

The role: Quantitative Research

You will be a go-to quantie when it comes to running projects from pitch to final presentation. You’ll be hands-on in taking briefs, questionnaire designing, insight generation, reporting, presenting and client management. You are excited by solving complex problems. It’s ideal that you have solid technical skills – SPSS, Q and excel

Variety is on offer, you’ll have exposure to a variety of clients spanning healthcare, consumer B2B and government. You’ll guide business through the process of understanding where the brands are, where they want to get and give them the tools on how to get there.

It’s essential that you have prior experience working in a research agency and can produce highly customized and ad-hoc solutions. You’ll be confident in running projects autonomously, great with clients and excited about working in a start-up environment. You will be driven by collaboration, creativity and giving your clients that ‘eureka moment’.
