The Role: Director
You'll share a passion and enthusiasm for delivering great client work, in a full-service research consultancy role with a focus on ad-hoc problem solving.
You’ll be influential in leading research projects from pitch to final presentation: brand & communications tracking, brand positioning, digital & social listening, brand architecture, cultural insights & semiotics and film/script audience testing.
The focus is on relationship building, managing clients, supporting a team of smart junior researcher, research design, strong project management, synthesis of data, inspiring writing and excellent presenting skills.
With a strong operations and technical team behind you, you'll be set up for success and allowed to focus on the consulting. Having said that, a solid technical research background and a love of data and tools and methods is important.
It goes without saying that you will have solid Quantitative research experience – ideally in a boutique environment.
