Are you inherently curious, and always asking why? If the answer’s ‘yes’ and you are a qualitative expert, I would love to hear from you.
My client is an independent research consultancy based in Melbourne. Opening their doors, a couple of years ago, they have continued to grow from strength to strength. They are known for their ability to deliver that ‘eureka’ moment to clients, expert in solving the hard-hitting questions in food and beverage sector. They partner with global FMCG brands, as well as small independent start-ups.
So, what would you be doing? As a qualitative researcher your focus will be about understanding people – what they want, need and their motivations. You will aim to understand how people make decisions and understand the impact that brands can have on people’s lives.
This agency is agile and nimble – they are drawn to individuals who embrace the benefits of working in a boutique agency. Founded on collaboration, innovation and forward thinking. You will have the fixability to run qualitative projects end-to-end independently, taking ownership for client accounts, pitches, running qual (workshops, product lifecycle mapping, ideation sessions, IDIs, service safaris, online communities and groups) through to insight generation, reporting and presenting. No two days will be the same, you’ll tackle a mixture of projects from, branding, innovation, new product development to strategy, trends and segmentation.
You’ll be joining a team of extremely talented researchers who all share a love for two things, insights and food! They have a diverse set of skills in the team from qualitative experts, quantitative specialist, graphic designers, social insights and trend spotters.
