London – Growing Research Agency – £80,000-£115,000 + Bonus
An exciting opportunity for a dynamic and driven Head of Sales to set up and lead a new venture with this leading research agency who provide digital consumer insights to the worlds largest brands, media and marketing organisation.
A commercial development role where you will be at the heart of this leading independent agency's business strategy. As the Head of Sales, you will work closely with the senior team to define the sales and marketing strategy and to lead and drive commercial initiatives across the business. This role will extend your responsibilities beyond the sales stage to incorporate business planning, marketing, high level account management and negotiations. The role directly line manages a current team of around 30 sales representatives with significant hiring requirements aligned with the company’s ambitious growth plans.
A background or first-hand knowledge of the consumer insight or market research industry is prerequisite, along with proven record of repeatedly hitting commercial targets.
