Excellent opportunity for an experienced Client Services Manager (Implementation Consultant) to play a key role in onboarding new accounts for this media intelligence software group.
As part of Europe’s leading provider of analysis enabled software for communications, public affairs and stakeholder engagement, this Client Services Manager (Implementation Consultant) position helps clients begin the process of communicating with the right audiences in the right ways.
Thus your role will be to work closely with the commercial team, take new clients and configure the recommended platform to their specific requirements, supporting them through their implementation period. This will include identification of customer needs and their Communication, PR and Public Affairs strategy, configuration of the customised platforms in line with customer requirements, provision of bespoke customer product training, designing media monitoring searches, managing multiple projects, and more besides.
What's required from a potential Client Services Manager (Implementation Consultant) is strong project management, consultancy and customer service skills, experience working in a software environment, possible exposure to professional SaaS implementation/integration, training skills in web-hosted systems, computer literacy and the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
